Shipping

As part of World Centric®’s continuing efforts to provide superior products and services, we are happy to announce free ground shipping on orders with a product total over $75 in the continental United States. If your order meets or exceeds $75 (before tax), you qualify for our new free ground shipping option. Choose the free ground shipping option at checkout.

*This offer is only valid for orders shipped to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Please note, Ground cannot be sent to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO/Military addresses.

Orders may ship from multiple locations. Your order will ship within 5 business days (Monday – Friday excluding holidays) from the time you place your order. Please contact customer service at (707) 241-9190, option 0 for information about placing or processing your order. In order to conserve resources, we reuse shipping boxes and packaging materials, so please do not be surprised to receive your order in a used box.

Tracking Orders

You should receive an email confirmation from UPS.com the day your order ships. This should contain your tracking number which you should keep for your records. Please keep in mind that your order ships in 1-2 business days after your order is placed.

Pickup Orders

World Centric® offers a pick-up option for larger (bulk) orders. Please contact customer service at (707) 241-9190, option 0 for information regarding pickup.

Rush Orders

Same-day shipping is available for a $20 fee for each SKU ordered. Strict rush order deadlines apply. Please contact customer service for more information at (707) 241-9190 (option 0).

Approximate Processing and Transit Times

Processing time is 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Once your order is processed (after 1-2 business days), the approximate transit time for UPS Ground from our location is shown below (actual transit time may vary).

If your shipping destination is located in a 4-5 day area and you’d like the package to arrive sooner, you may choose UPS 2nd or 3rd Day air to expedite the shipping process. It will still leave the warehouse within 1-2 days; however it will take a total of 2-3 days to arrive once shipped, rather than 4-5 days.

Returns

Minimum Order

A minimum order with a subtotal (before shipping and tax) of $25.00 is required, as it is not sustainable for us to process orders below this amount. Sample boxes are excluded from the above minimum.

Out of Stock Policy

Some items may be out of stock when ordered. We will notify you if they are out of stock; you may either change and/or cancel your order.

Cancellations/Change Order

Cancellation requests or order changes must be submitted by email, fax or phone at (707) 241-9190. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been shipped. Orders are shipped 1- 2 business days after order confirmation.

Return or Exchange Policy

Purchased product may be returned, within 90 days of receiving the order, and in the original packing condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Any damaged products or order discrepancies should be communicated within 15 business days of receipt. World Centric will refund or exchange the product and will pay for shipping the damaged goods back to us.

All returns, including damaged products, require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please call (707) 241-9190 for a RMA number and to arrange the return.

Refusing any package at the time of delivery will incur additional return shipping fees. Customer assumes responsibility for the completeness of order at the time of receipt. All transit damage claims must be filed with the shipping company if private shipping was arranged.

International orders and shipments

All International orders must be prepaid by credit card or wire transfer. World Centric® is not responsible for additional charges associated with customs duties, import taxes, import fees, transit times or customs clearance.
